ITINERARY
On arrival at the Cochin airport/railway station, meet our representative who will be there for your warm welcome and proceed to Hotel. Check into hotel. Proceed for Cochin sightseeing. Visit the Dutch Palace-built by the Portuguese in 1557 and subsequently renovated by the Dutch after 1663. The murals are perhaps the best in India. Jewish Synagogue - built in 1568 and the oldest Synagogue in the Commonwealth are at Mattancherry. St. Francis Church - built in 1510 and the oldest European church in India, Chinese Fishing Nets- introduced by the court of Kublai Khan can be seen in Fort Cochin. Fort Cochin Beach etc. Overnight stay at Cochin.
After breakfast, checkout from hotel and proceed to Munnar. Enroute visit Cheeyapara and Valara water falls on the way to Munnar. After visiting proceed to hotel. Overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast proceed to sightseeing tour. Visit flower garden where you can witness a myriad of exotic and beautiful flowers. Visit Tea Factory. We will then proceed to the stunningly attractive Mattupetty Dam, Echo-Point and Kundala Dam. After sightseeing return back to hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady. Thekkady is well known for the Periyar Tiger Reserve and eco tourism activities. On arrival check into hotel. After fresh up proceed for sightseeing. Visit Periyar National Park. The Periyar National Park in Thekkady, Kerala, is one of the most bio-diverse regions in the world and the best-protected reserve area that one can lay eyes on in India. After visit Spice Plantation. Apart from being enjoyable these plantation tours gives tourists an insight into the growing, harvesting and processing of spices. Evening will be free for Cultural show ( Kathakali & Kalaripayattu on direct payment ) & local shopping. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Morning after breakfast leave for Alleppey, Allappuza famous for its backwaters. Visit Alleppey beach, sunset and enjoy shopping if staying in Alleppey. Visit Alleppey Beach and Backwaters. Enjoy all the amenities of this hotel/resort for a day which includes fishing in the backwaters (depends on the hotel/resort selected) Overnight stay at same hotel/resort"
